Art 26. Disputes, venue, etc
26.1 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the insurance contract shall be settled in accordance with Danish law, with Copenhagen as the agreed venue. The Company is affiliated to the Ankenaevnet for Forsikring, anker Heegaards Gade 2, 1572 Copenhagen V, Denmark (The Danish Insurance Complaints Board).
